SHIPPING

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship orders within 48 hours of the confirmation email, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Orders shipped through Canada Post typically take 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.

RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they ship.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?

We will gladly exchange or return defective merchandise within 21 days with a valid receipt. In order to qualify for a refund, your items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received them. Please contact us so that we may assist you in arranging a return. We are unable to refund shipping charges for your order. If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper as we do not insure shipments without special request. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.
